Located in center city Philadelphia, Independence National Historical Park welcomes over 3 million visitors per year. Recognized as the birthplace of American democracy, visitors from all over the world come to experience the historical venues located in the park.

Mila wall was chosen to display a temporary exhibit honoring the 200 year anniversary of the famous "Lewis and Clark exhibition" that formed the basis for the Louisiana purchase, which was the single largest one time acquisition of land mass in the continental United States. The exhibit was housed in the oldest bank of the new republic. Mila wall provided an effective temporary exhibit experience while maintaining the integrity of the historical structure.
